NRS 681B.0036 - “Deposit-type contract” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 681B.0036 (2019)
“Deposit-type contract” means a contract that does not incorporate mortality or morbidity risks, and as may further be specified in the Valuation Manual.
