Chapter 678C - Medical Use of Cannabis
NRS 678C.070 - “Letter of approval” defined. [Effective July 1, 2020.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 678C.070 (2019)
“Letter of approval” means a document issued by the Division to an applicant who is under 10 years of age pursuant to NRS 678C.230 which provides that the applicant is exempt from state prosecution for engaging in the medical use of cannabis.
