Chapter 678B - Licensing and Control of Cannabis
NRS 678B.070 - “Unreasonably impracticable” defined. [Effective July 1, 2020.]

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 678B.070 (2019)

“Unreasonably impracticable” means the measures necessary to comply with the law or regulation require such a high investment of risk, money, time or any other resource or asset that the operation of a cannabis establishment is not worthy of being carried out in practice by a reasonably prudent businessperson.
