Chapter 678A - Administration of Laws Relating to Cannabis
NRS 678A.130 - Cannabis sales facility” defined. [Effective July 1, 2020.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 678A.130 (2019)
“Cannabis sales facility” means:
1. An adult-use cannabis retail store; or
2. A medical cannabis dispensary.
