Chapter 676A - Uniform Debt-Management Services Act
NRS 676A.110 - “Credit counseling” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 676A.110 (2019)
“Credit counseling” means providing education and assistance to an individual concerning debts owed by the individual which may include, without limitation, the development and implementation of a debt-management plan.
