Chapter 673 - Savings Banks
NRS 673.034 - “Withdrawal value” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 673.034 (2019)
“Withdrawal value” means the amount credited to a deposit account, less lawful deductions therefrom, as shown by the records of the savings bank.
