Chapter 669 - Trust Companies
NRS 669.202 - “Foreign independent trust company” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 669.202 (2019)
“Foreign independent trust company” means a trust company licensed under the laws of a state other than Nevada and not subject to regulation, supervision and examination by a federal banking regulator.
