Chapter 666A - Foreign Banks
NRS 666A.230 - State branch or agency: Limitations on payment of interest on deposits.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 666A.230 (2019)
A foreign bank which is licensed to establish and maintain a state branch or agency is subject to the same limitations with respect to the payment of interest on deposits as a state bank which is a member of the Federal Reserve System.
