Chapter 649 - Collection Agencies
NRS 649.305 - Collection agency not to operate without manager.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 649.305 (2019)
No collection agency may operate its business without a manager who holds a valid manager’s certificate issued under the provisions of this chapter.
