Chapter 649 - Collection Agencies
NRS 649.235 - Expiration of license or certificate; licenses and certificates not transferable.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 649.235 (2019)
Each collection agency license and manager’s certificate issued pursuant to this chapter shall expire on June 30 of the year following its issuance and thereafter shall expire on June 30 of each year. A license or certificate shall not be transferable.
