Chapter 649 - Collection Agencies
NRS 649.175 - Manager’s certificate required.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 649.175 (2019)
No person may be the manager of a collection agency unless the person holds a valid manager’s certificate issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
