NRS 649.125 - Investigation by Commissioner.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 649.125 (2019)
Upon receiving an application for a license and bond in proper form along with payment of the required fee, the Commissioner shall investigate all the facts stated in the application and the requirements of NRS 649.135.
