Chapter 649 - Collection Agencies
NRS 649.030 - “Customer” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 649.030 (2019)
“Customer” means any person authorizing or employing a collection agency for any of the purposes permitted or authorized by this chapter.
