Chapter 647 - Dealers in Junk and Secondhand Materials; Scrap Metal Processors
NRS 647.016 - “Junk dealer” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 647.016 (2019)
“Junk dealer” means every person, firm or corporation engaged in the business of purchasing or selling hides or junk, other than used books.
