Chapter 645H - Asset Management Companies and Asset Managers
NRS 645H.130 - “Real property owner” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 645H.130 (2019)
“Real property owner” means the owner of record of real property, including, without limitation, a homeowner or an owner of real property in foreclosure.
