Chapter 645E - Mortgage Bankers
NRS 645E.920 - Contracts for mortgage transaction voidable for certain violations. [Effective through December 31, 2019.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 645E.920 (2019)
If a person, or any general partner, director, officer, agent or employee of a person violates the provisions of NRS 645E.900 or 645E.910, any contracts entered into by that person for the mortgage transaction are voidable by the other party to the contract.
