Chapter 645E - Mortgage Bankers
NRS 645E.090 - “Licensee” defined. [Effective through December 31, 2019.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 645E.090 (2019)
“Licensee” means a person who is licensed as a mortgage banker pursuant to this chapter.
