Chapter 645C - Appraisers of Real Estate and Appraisal Management Companies
NRS 645C.704 - Revocation or suspension of registration: Notice of decision.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 645C.704 (2019)
The Commission shall render a decision within 15 days after a hearing and serve the registrant with a written notice of the decision within 60 days after the hearing. If the decision is adverse to the registrant, the notice must include the date upon which the decision becomes effective, which must not be less than 30 days after the date of the notice.
