Chapter 641C - Alcohol, Drug and Gambling Counselors
NRS 641C.090 - “Licensed counselor” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 641C.090 (2019)
“Licensed counselor” means a person who is licensed as an alcohol and drug counselor or a clinical alcohol and drug counselor pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
