Chapter 641C - Alcohol, Drug and Gambling Counselors
NRS 641C.050 - “Certified counselor” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 641C.050 (2019)
“Certified counselor” means a person who is certified as an alcohol and drug counselor or a problem gambling counselor pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
