Chapter 641 - Psychologists
NRS 641.135 - Civil liability.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 641.135 (2019)
A member of the Board or an employee or agent of the Board is not liable in a civil action for any act performed in good faith and within the scope of the duties of the Board pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
