NRS 641.035 - Terms of members; limitation on consecutive terms.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 641.035 (2019)
After the initial term, the Governor shall appoint each member of the Board to a term of 4 years. No member of the Board may serve more than two consecutive terms.
