Chapter 641 - Psychologists
NRS 641.010 - Legislative declaration.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 641.010 (2019)
The practice of psychology is hereby declared to be a learned profession, affecting public safety, health and welfare and subject to regulation to protect the public from the practice of psychology by unqualified persons and from unprofessional conduct by persons licensed to practice psychology.
