Chapter 628B - Private Professional Guardians
NRS 628B.300 - Engaging in business without license unlawful.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 628B.300 (2019)
It is unlawful for any person to engage in any activity relating to service as a private professional guardian, including, without limitation, engaging in the business of a private professional guardian, if the person does not meet the requirements set forth in NRS 159.0595.
