Chapter 622 - General Provisions Governing Regulatory Bodies
NRS 622.080 - Enforcement of provisions of title for protection and benefit of public.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 622.080 (2019)
In regulating an occupation or profession pursuant to this title, each regulatory body shall carry out and enforce the provisions of this title for the protection and benefit of the public.
