Chapter 622 - General Provisions Governing Regulatory Bodies
NRS 622.050 - “Member of a regulatory body” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 622.050 (2019)
“Member of a regulatory body” means a person who is serving as a member or officer of a regulatory body.
