Chapter 618 - Occupational Safety and Health
NRS 618.7305 - “Medical facility” defined. [Effective July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 618.7305 (2019)
“Medical facility” means:
1. A hospital, as defined in NRS 449.012; or
2. A psychiatric hospital, as defined in NRS 449.0165.
