Chapter 616C - Industrial Insurance: Benefits for Injuries or Death
NRS 616C.707 - Insurer to designate claim as for catastrophic injury if injury later satisfies requirements for catastrophic injury.

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 616C.707 (2019)

An insurer that did not originally accept a claim as a claim for a catastrophic injury shall designate the claim as a claim for a catastrophic injury if at any time after the claim is accepted the injury satisfies the requirements for a catastrophic injury.
