Chapter 616A - Industrial Insurance: Administration
NRS 616A.165 - “Employee”: Trustees of school districts.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 616A.165 (2019)
Trustees of school districts, while engaged in their designated duty as trustees, shall be deemed, for the purpose of chapters 616A to 616D, inclusive, of NRS, employees receiving a wage of $250 per month, and, in the event of injury while performing their designated duty, shall be entitled to the benefits of those chapters.
