Chapter 616A - Industrial Insurance: Administration
NRS 616A.055 - “Association of self-insured public employers” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 616A.055 (2019)
“Association of self-insured public employers” means a nonprofit, unincorporated association composed of five or more public employers that has been issued a certificate by the Commissioner and is subject to the provisions of NRS 616B.350 to 616B.446, inclusive.
