Chapter 598B - Equal Opportunity for Credit
NRS 598B.060 - “Creditor” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 598B.060 (2019)
“Creditor” means any person who:
1. Regularly extends, renews or continues credit;
2. Regularly arranges for the extension, renewal or continuation of credit; or
3. Participates in the decision to extend, renew or continue credit as an assignee of an original creditor.
