Chapter 598 - Deceptive Trade Practices
NRS 598.9807 - “Power purchase agreement” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 598.9807 (2019)
“Power purchase agreement” means an agreement in which a solar installation company:
1. Arranges for the design, installation, maintenance and energy output of a distributed generation system; and
2. Sells the electricity generated from a distributed generation system to the host customer.
