NRS 576.0162 - “Free-sale certificate” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 576.0162 (2019)
“Free-sale certificate” means a document which certifies that an agricultural product which is proposed to be exported is the same type of agricultural product freely marketed and sold in this State.
