NRS 571.110 - Penalty.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 571.110 (2019)
Any person, corporation, common carrier, agent or employee of any corporation violating or assisting in violating any of the provisions of NRS 571.045 to 571.100, inclusive, is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.
