Chapter 555 - Control of Insects, Pests and Noxious Weeds
NRS 555.2773 - Application for governmental agency certificate or license as government applicator. [Effective until the date of the repeal of 42 U.S.C. § 666, the federal law requiring each state to establish procedures for withholding, suspending and restricting the professional, occupational and recreational licenses for child support arrearages and for noncompliance with certain processes relating to paternity or child support proceedings.]

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 555.2773 (2019)

1. An application for a governmental agency certificate or license as a government applicator must be made to the Director and contain such information regarding the applicant’s qualifications and proposed operations and other relevant matters as required by regulation of the Director.

2. An application for a license as a government applicator must include the social security number of the applicant.

3. A city, county, state or other governmental agency is not required to obtain more than one governmental agency certificate to engage in pest control within its jurisdiction.
