Chapter 552 - Bees and Apiaries
NRS 552.240 - Concealment of disease or exposure of bees to disease unlawful.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 552.240 (2019)
It shall be unlawful for any person to conceal the fact that any disease exists among the person’s bees or to expose to bees any infected bees, bee products, hives or appliances.
