Chapter 547 - Agricultural Districts and Associations
NRS 547.050 - Secretary to report organization of board.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 547.050 (2019)
When any district board of agriculture is organized as provided in NRS 547.040, the secretary of the board shall report such organization to:
1. The State Department of Agriculture; and
2. Its appointing authority.
