NRS 547.030 - Officers of agricultural association.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 547.030 (2019)
The officers of an agricultural association shall consist of:
1. Eight directors, who shall constitute a district board of agriculture for agricultural district No. ...........
2. A president, who shall be one of the directors.
3. A secretary and a treasurer, who shall not be directors.
