NRS 543.500 - Acquisition and disposal of and encumbrances on property.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 543.500 (2019)
The board shall have the power to acquire, dispose of and encumber real and personal property, and any interest therein, including leases, easements and revenues derived from the operation thereof.
