Chapter 543 - Control of Floods
NRS 543.310 - Payment of organizational costs.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 543.310 (2019)
Necessary costs incurred in connection with the organization of the district may be paid by the board of county commissioners from any available funds or may be advanced by the board of county commissioners. Reimbursement for advances shall subsequently be made by the district.
