Chapter 543 - Control of Floods
NRS 543.040 - Flood Control Account: Creation; money in Account does not lapse.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 543.040 (2019)
The Flood Control Account is hereby created in the State General Fund. Money in the Flood Control Account does not lapse at the end of any fiscal year.
