Chapter 539 - Irrigation Districts
NRS 539.765 - Court governed by NRS 539.287 where contract with United States exists.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 539.765 (2019)
If the district has in force and effect a contract with the United States under the provisions of this chapter, the court shall be governed by NRS 539.287.
