Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 539.645 (2019)
The provisions of NRS 539.643 as to the points upon which the Department of Taxation shall report are directory, and the Department may authorize such certification when in its opinion, subject to the provisions otherwise contained in NRS 539.640 to 539.665, inclusive, its findings justify such action.
