Chapter 539 - Irrigation Districts
NRS 539.635 - Record to be kept by secretary and treasurer.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 539.635 (2019)
The secretary and the treasurer shall each keep a record of the bonds sold, their number, the date of sale, the price received and the name of the purchaser.
