Chapter 539 - Irrigation Districts
NRS 539.523 - Directors may make temporary transfers.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 539.523 (2019)
The board of directors may make temporary transfers from the general fund to the construction fund and from the construction fund to the general fund, but no such transfers may be made from the bond fund.
