Chapter 539 - Irrigation Districts
NRS 539.433 - Election required after approval by Department of Taxation.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 539.433 (2019)
After approval by the Department of Taxation, the board of directors shall submit the question of whether the proposed improvement shall be authorized by the electors of the affected improvement district at a special election or the next district election or primary or general state election.
