NRS 539.415 - Validation proceedings.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 539.415 (2019)
The execution of a contract with the United States and all proceedings ancillary thereto may be confirmed in court as a part of the confirmation proceedings instituted by the district, or upon petition by the board of directors of the division.
