Chapter 539 - Irrigation Districts
NRS 539.395 - Apportionment of benefits; method of levy and collection of assessments.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 539.395 (2019)
Benefits shall be apportioned upon the land within such division and assessments levied and collected for the payment of the interest and redemption of certificates of indebtedness or notes in the manner prescribed in the case of district bonds.
