Chapter 539 - Irrigation Districts
NRS 539.387 - Terms of local directors terminate and local board dissolved if proposal fails.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 539.387 (2019)
If such election fails of the required two-thirds vote of the electors of the division, the terms of office of the local directors shall thereupon terminate and the local board shall be dissolved.
