NRS 539.357 - Use of land declared public use.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 539.357 (2019)
The use of any land and the necessity therefor within the State of Nevada for either, any or all of the purposes specified in NRS 539.355 and 539.360 is hereby declared to be a public use.
